DETROIT, April 15, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Today, netarx is excited to announce the unveiling of its new cybersecurity venture at the RSAC 2025 in San Francisco, CA. Netarx provides an on-screen alert in real time for employees indicating whether a voice, video, or email communication is safe and secure. It uses AI – through a product known as the “Flurp” – to defeat malicious AI and employs over 50 features designed to recognize end-users and their devices. Netarx is uniquely designed with the end-user in mind, as cybersecurity training becomes increasingly less reliable to fend against sophisticated social engineering attacks.

Netarx was developed in 2023 by founder and CEO Sandy Kronenberg, who has over 25+ years of experience in security and IT. He built and sold an IT company with $65M in annual revenue in 2011 and later founded and invested in startups in the technology space, including Verge.io (formerly Yottabyte) and Service.com.

Sandy saw an opportunity to help businesses combat increasingly complex social engineering attacks, many of which leverage AI-based deepfakes. According to the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC), 1 in 10 companies have encountered deepfake fraud, and 6 in 10 executives say their firms have no protocols regarding deepfake risks.

“Netarx is a one-stop-shop cybersecurity solution, making detection simpler than ever before. It’s critical that organizations rethink their cyber protection methods to meet this increasingly challenging threat environment,” said Kronenberg. “We are looking forward to meeting with security professionals tasked with keeping their companies safe at RSA and showing them this new technology.”

The company serves businesses across all industries, with a particular focus on at-risk sectors, including insurance, finance, healthcare, and MSPs. Netarx has four patents pending.

Kronenberg will be delivering a presentation during the Early Stage Expo at RSAC on May 1st and will be available throughout RSAC at the netarx booth to provide a demo of the offering.

The company’s novel technology has been featured in Cybersecurity Insiders, Canalys, The ChannelPro Network, The CyberCall, and The Cyber Nation. Netarx is preparing for a Series A funding round in the coming months.
